The Olympics came to a brisk ending last night as Sochi officially handed the Olympic Flag off to Pyeongchang, South Korea who will host the games in 2018. But before the transaction, Sochi paid homage to their famous Opening Ceremonies blunder in which not all the Olympic rings fully materialized.
