The MLB Playoffs are well underway, but the sport is making some news off of the field and in the courtroom. First Alex Rodriguez has begun appealing his 211 game suspension and suing MLB for what is essentially, defamation. Now, Angels 1st Baseman/Designated Hitter, Albert Pujols is suing a now former St. Louis radio personality for the same thing. Earlier in the summer, radio talk show host, and former Major Leaguer, Jack Clark stated he is absolutely certain that Pujols took steroids earlier in his career. Pujols took offense to the comments and is taking his complaints to court. Check out that story over at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. http://bit.ly/1a6E35F
