Last night, Nick Punto made a crucial base running error and was picked off 2nd base late in what eventually became a 4-2 loss to the Cardinals. The play wasn't even close. The throw beat him back to the bag by a wide margin and the tag was there waiting for him. But slow motion replay wasn't so clear.
