Delino DeShields Jr. was hit in the face with a 90mph fastball. He is apparently OK as he is sending Snapchats despite having a fractured cheekbone. DeShields is the son of former Major League 2nd Baseman, Delino DeShields and was picked 8th overall by the Astros in the 2010 draft. We hope he stays in high spirits and hope he has a quick recovery.
